Final Member Sizes and Structure

We understand that even after three iterations, some of our members are still too big. We ended up having to add more columns in our skycourts in order to lessen some of the bending moments.

2nd Iteration

On this iteration we incorporated more of Ken Yeang's attributes...skycourts, lots of open communal space, tall ceilings, vertical landscaping, a light core, and topping it off with a green roof. We also took into consideration the solar/wind orientation, and seasonal change.

1st Massing Model Iteration

Our main concept was to incorporate a large wind gap that would allow natural ventilation. The gap is open from the South East to allow in the canyon winds.
